Job Role: Media Designer/ Draftsman
Salary: Up to €55k
Location: Sassenberg – Hybrid working - can provide relocation assistance
Language: C1 level German and English language skills
We are currently recruiting for a Media Designer/ Draftsman to join a design agency with a team of 40 passionate colleagues, working with national and international premium clients. They develop and implement top-notch brand strategies, communication concepts, and products. You'll wear many hats in this role, from processing images and finalising artwork to ensuring top-notch quality control throughout the prepress stage. You'll also independently manage and optimise images as the final project step, keeping client needs and deadlines at the centre of your decisions. Furthermore, you'll be the designated expert for ensuring meticulous quality control of all print and image data, ultimately guaranteeing successful print products for clients. Depending on the specific role, you may also contribute to managing image databases and even assist with creating advertisements and media plans.

- A strong portfolio or relevant experience (formal education is a plus, but not required).
- In-depth knowledge of industry-standard software like Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- A meticulous, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented approach to data processing.
- An independent and structured work style with high commitment, team spirit, and communication skills.
- Strong English and German communications skills – C1 level or above.
