Digital Waffle is working in partnership with an exciting and growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Mitel Engineer
Job Purpose:
To provide support & delivery for IT systems covering all aspects of the IT Infrastructure and the Mitel Platforms.

Job Purpose:
To provide support & delivery for IT systems covering all aspects of the IT Infrastructure and the Mitel Platforms.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
- Mitel MiCC, MBG, MiCollab, MiVB, SIP and knowledge of Gamma
- Managing Incidents & Requests within SLA for the MiVB, MiCollab & MiCC users
- Proactively monitoring of the systems
- Planning, installation, testing and maintenance of voice and data network connections.
- Maintenance of system backups / restores
- Contribution to new and on-going Mitel flex related projects
- Maintenance of Mitel Flex and change management documentation
- Accredited on Mitel Flex
- Strong knowledge of Networking
