Job description

I am on the hunt for an organised, customer-focused online sales administrator to join an eCommerce business based in Birmingham.

My client works in the DIY and hardware eCommerce space. After a period of growth they need an administrator to join the company, working to manage sales orders, credit notes, answer the phones, resolve customer queries, handle emails, and greet visitors upon arrival.

Location: Birmingham (on-site)
Salary: Up to £27,000 depending on experience

  • Strong IT knowledge, comfortable with using the Microsoft Office suite as well as ERP software
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Confidence and strong communication skills are a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • At least a year of Administrative experience
  • Experience working for an eCommerce brand would be a plus 
  • Confident when dealing with complaints

This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone that wants to get their foot in the door at an ever-growing eCommerce powerhouse. You will work closely with directors and managers, and be responsible for the customer experience.
