General overview 

A Social Media Marketing agency is on the hunt for a Paid Advertising Specialist. This agency provides as a multi-service advertising partner for top international eCommerce firms. They provide a variety of paid advertising services that maximise return on investment across all platforms by collaborating with our client's internal marketing teams. This full-time position will manage the ongoing relationships, requirements, and expectations for a diverse client portfolio.


Your daily management of paid advertising campaigns will involve keeping them optimised at all times and reaching agreed-upon KPIs, which may also include scaling strategies. In addition, you will be responsible to collaborate with the teams to guide and monitor plans and put into practice fresh changes to ad creative, content, bidding, etc.

You will be expected to be, as a side expectation, keeping abreast of market developments, providing chances to line managers, and learning about new partners and social media prospects.


Skills required
  • Campaign Management - Work for a variety of clients, from e-commerce to lead generation, with a range of budgets and requirements, across several media and PPC channels, including Facebook, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
  • Creation and ongoing campaign optimization to satisfy client KPIs 
  • Spending, bids, and scaling are tracked daily to make sure clients are on schedule to meet monthly spending goals.
  • Identifying the most important opportunities and areas for improvement within the accounts and collaborating with the entire team to support strategy development.
  • Researching and staying current on the newest product ideas, as well as being proactive in sharing and putting new inventive ideas into practice with the team, are all examples of innovation.
  • Researching keywords and audiences to identify any chances that the client may have overlooked
  • Online Tools - Using a variety of online programs to assist with performance analysis (such as Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, etc.) and using a variety of common tools like Microsoft Office/Google Tools on a daily basis (Google Docs etc)
  • Reporting: Monthly reports are created for clients to compare performance to KPIs and past results

Location: Bury (Manchester)
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year (base salary)

Experience:
Facebook Advertising: 3 years (preferred)
Google AdWords: 3 years (preferred)
