Job description

I am now recruiting for a Paid Media Manager to join a lively, fun-loving agency with offices in Kent and London.
After a big old period of growth, this agency is on the hunt for a Paid Media Manager to assist their Head of Paid Media with all Paid Media pursuits. 
The right candidate will have around three years of experience in their field and will be a proactive planner when it comes to the execution and subsequent optimisation of the paid search strategy.

Salary: Up to £38k per annum
Location: Kent (can be remote for the right candidate)

  • The ability to execute paid strategies, including paid social, to a high standard
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role
  • The confidence to work with multiple clients across multiple search and social channels, in order to drive growth.
  • Happy to take a hands-on approach to the control of paid search accounts, managing to help create and guide digital strategy
  • Capable of acting as the main contact for all PPC inquiries, reporting back on campaign performance to the head of paid and the clients alike
  • Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance
  • The ability to devise short and long-term PPC strategies
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills are required
  • The use of relevant software such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and others
   
  The Paid Media Manager needs to be three things!

  3. A good person!!!

Ultimately, my client is looking for someone that can hit the ground running, creating high-performance PPC and paid social campaigns, whilst fitting their laid-back culture.
