Paid Search Manager
Job description
An award-winning full-service digital agency based in Warwickshire is searching for a Paid Search Manager to join the team and work on paid search campaigns, from strategy to implementation, and reporting.
The right candidate will have an excellent understanding of paid search campaigns and will be in a similar role within another digital agency. This role requires strong commercial acumen and first-rate communication skills.
Location: Warwickshire (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

- At least three years worth of experience, with a focus on paid search
- Agency experience is a must
- A high level of proficiency with Google and Microsoft Ads
- An understanding of Google Tag Manager would be preferable
- Happy to take ownership of day-to-day PPC activity, including campaign setup, ad copy, and optimisation
- Capable of managing budgets accurately, in adherence to allocations and desired return
- Experience with account management is ideal, as this role requires you to manage PPC clients where needed
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to lead on PPC campaign reporting, including written commentary and insights for clients
- Able to keep up to date with new developments in the PPC world
