Principle Data Analytics Consultant              Up to £155,000 plus bens, bonus & stock  
Fully Remote (UK based, no sponsorship)  
Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Analyst, Architecture, Analytics, AWS, Azure, Python, SQL, Roadmaps, Strategy.  

Our client who has just been named in one of the top 50 places to work in 2022, is looking for a Principal Data Analytics Consultant to join their growing team, reporting into the Data Capability Lead, you will be the highest member of the Analytics team. Despite being a well-established company, they are currently going through massive growth and are looking to expand their data divisions  
You will be at the forefront of helping organisations with their digital transformation journey. Understanding, that any digital transformation will have vital data considerations and have the passion in helping organisations unlock the value from their data as part of a digital service.  
 
Minimum (essential) requirements
  • Ability to understand the value an organisation can gain from their data in line with their business goals and technical capabilities. 
  • Advised customers on how to create a mature data environment.  
  • Has worked with data technology SMEs and sales people team to define and shape go-to-market offerings. 
  • Able to build and sustain key customer relationships with decision makers including CxO. 
  • Familiar with the latest data science & engineering trends. 
  • Ability to coach, motivate and inspire senior staff.  
Desirable: 
  • Data Architecture background with an understanding of modern enterprise architecture patterns. Track record in delivering data-oriented solutions (particularly those using Hadoop) including data warehousing, operational insight, data management or business intelligence. 
  • Has built partner relationships to secure commercial opportunities and ensure that solutions are using market-leading technology. 
  • Familiar with the data challenges within one or more of: national government, automotive, healthcare, utilities or financial services.
