Role: Procurement Coordinator
Location: Hull, On-Site
Salary: Up to £30,000pa

Through the success of their loyal customers and a growing portfolio, my client has now been awarded a number of new public sector contracts across the UK and are now looking for an experienced Procurement Coordinator to join their growing team. As a company, they specialise in translations working with some big client names in both the public and private sectors.

This role is perfect for an ambitious individual who has experience working within a Procurement role looking to take the next step in their career.

Main Requirements:
  • Communicating with various teams across the business to ensure all information and documentation required for bids/tenders is correct.
  • Carry out research and analysis to ensure all information being used by the company is accurate.
  • Confidence in arranging and carrying out senior management team meetings is required to finalise necessary documentation and prepare bids/tenders.
  • Attend meetings to finalise required documentation needing to be prepared for submission.
  • Follow up on inquiries, attend presentation meetings, be comfortable with communicating with all levels of commissioning authorities on all bids/tenders.
  • Create, write, and edit check tenders, along with submitting all bids/tenders within a timely matter.

If you are currently in a Procurement Coordinator role with experience in the Public Sector department then I’d love to hear from you! The ideal candidate for the role will have a full understanding and knowledge of Public Sector Tender processes from start to end, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar roleIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office software is a must as well as speaking/writing/typing and communicating in English to a strong professional standard.
