Job Role: Product Designer
Salary: Up to €90k
Location: Berlin – one day a week in office
We are currently recruiting for a Product Designer to join a social media platform that focuses on local interactions. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for their growing user base. Your work will directly impact how people interact with the platform. The role requires you to design and develop user flows and interactive prototypes whilst collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers. You will conduct user research to understand user needs/ behaviours and work with design systems with cross-functional teams.

Skills you should hold (with a minimum of 4 years experience):
- Design Expertise: Proven experience in crafting mobile user interfaces and experiences in a B2C background.
- Target audience: experience targeting the 18-30 age bracket.
- Product Redesigning: You have knowledge of redesigning, not just from scratch, but a product that is already good but then needs simplifying!
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.
- User Focus: Strong skills in user research, testing, and data analysis.
- Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with teams.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, with German as a plus.
