Job description

Role: Product Manager
Location: Nottingham, Hybrid
Salary: Up to £55k DOE. 

Digital Waffle is working with a global communications company who are a leading provider of messaging solutions that connect businesses with their customers. Their cloud-based platform enables businesses to send messages through SMS, email, voice, and WhatsApp, improving communication and engagement. They are currently on the hunt for a Product Manager to join their team.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning and driving the development of new products and features across their messaging platform. Working closely with development teams, you will take an agile approach to product development and bring new products to market quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that features align with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver product releases on time and within budget
  • Gather and analyze customer and market data to inform product decisions and ensure that products meet customer needs
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure that products are launched successfully and meet business objectives
  • Act as a product evangelist, promoting new features to customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements: 
  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language
  • Knowledge/experience working with Software based products (Ideally SAAS) 
  • Experience working with agile methodologies, including scrum and Kanban
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
