Job Title: Project Manager - Data Cabling

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with a strong background in data cabling to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing data-cabling projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating resources, communicating with clients, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute data cabling projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.
• Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the project team and clients.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Data Cabling project management.
• Strong knowledge of data cabling standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Preferred: PMP certification, data cabling certification (e.g., BICSI RCDD).
