Job Title: Software QA Lead
Location: London (UK based hybrid working)
Salary: £60-£70k

We're hiring for an experienced QA Lead/Test Manager to join our digitial team. Experience with SaaS products is essential as you will be working with the team to test and release new features and improvements to our existing product as well as the launch of the new platform we're working on.

Role and responsibilities:

To manage the process of ensuring all software releases are delivered on time and meet the quality standards agreed.
Helping define how your team thinks about quality and QA. Thinking outside the box, proposing changes, and trying new things are all essential parts of the job.
Working with cross-functional teams, including the product team, developers and engineers to plan and execute releases.
Developing test and deployment plans

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years in a similar managerial role
8+ years working with quality assurance and software testing
Exceptional communicational skills and the confidence to put ideas forward is essential
Must be able to come into the London office 2 days a week
