Job Title: QA Lead
Location: New Malden (UK based hybrid working. 3 days in the London office, 2 days working from home. Flexible hours)
Salary: £70-£80k
We're hiring for an QA Lead to join a SaaS based company in South London. For this role we need someone who has experience leading a small team of QAs but who is also happy to get stuck in and be very hands on themselves with automated and Manual testing.

Role and responsibilities:
- Manual QA tasks
- Leading and mentoring a team of 4-5 engineers
- Creating and developing test and release plans.
- Testing both Desktop and web based software applications
- Experience leading a QA team.
- 10+ years working with quality assurance and software testing
- Collabritive skills working with other Senior members of the team - CPO, CTO and Head of Engineering
- Able to commute to the London based office 3 days a week
