Job description
We are recruiting a Sage 200 New Business Development Manager that will drive growth and success by identifying business opportunities, forging partnerships, and nurturing client relationships. With a strategic mindset and ability to possess a driven focus for new Sage 200 sales ensuring contribution to individual targets, the Sage sales team target, and the overall business strategy of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships to deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead proposal development and close deals to drive revenue.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets, continuously monitoring performance.
- Position the company as a leading provider through strategic positioning and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive business development efforts.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Proven sales or business development experience.
- Sales experience (minimum 2 years) with Sage 200 is essential.
- Selling associated Sage 200 ISV Add Ons (Sicon, Draycir, Eureka etc) is essential.
- Experience selling Cloud Hosting & Managed Services (Remote monitoring, AV, Backup etc) is essential.
- Experience/knowledge of Servers & Network Infrastructure.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and independent.
- Leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid UK driver's license.
