A leading digital marketing agency is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative with expertise in high-volume lead generation for an exciting and varied role.
Location: Greater London (hybrid - minimum 2 days a week in-office)
Salary: Base salary (£27,000 – £33,000 DOE) with commission and OTE (£35,000 – £40,000).

What will you be doing?
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Expertly assess and qualify leads using specific criteria.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and understand service offerings.
- Performance Metrics: Meet targets across key areas including appointment setting and lead-to-opportunity conversions.
- Feeding Back: Provide valuable insights to the marketing and sales team based on lead interactions.
- Managing CRM: Efficiently manage lead data in the CRM system.
- Lead Nurturing: Manage lead nurturing through email campaigns and social media for prospects not immediately ready for sales engagement.
- Market Research and Prospecting: Identify new markets using advanced prospecting techniques.
- Proven track record in lead generation or sales, particularly in high-volume calling.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services (PPC, SEO, Social Media Advertising, etc.).
- Competence in using various lead generation tools and software.
- A self-starter and team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Competitive base salary (£27,000 – £33,000 DOE) with commission and OTE (£35,000 – £40,000).
