Job description

My client is an innovative digital marketing agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation and qualification: To efficiently qualify leads, make use of several standards and frameworks such as BANT.
  • Cooperation with Teams: To improve message and gain a thorough understanding of our service offerings, closely collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Continuous Training: Pursue ongoing training to improve your abilities in areas such as CRM software, sales tactics, and digital services expertise.
  • Various Performance Measures: Achieve goals in lead-to-opportunity conversions, email engagement metrics, call-to-appointment rates, and appointment setting.
  • Lead nurturing: Use email campaigns and social media interactions to oversee the process of nurturing leads who aren't quite ready for sales engagement.
  • Market research and prospecting: Use cutting-edge methods for prospecting and conduct research to find new markets.
  • Feedback Loop: Based on your interactions with leads, give the marketing and sales teams insightful feedback.
  • CRM Management: Use the CRM system to effectively manage lead data, making sure that every interaction and update is carefully documented.
  • High-Volume Outreach: Use call dialers to answer about 100 calls a day in order to create interest and schedule appointments.
  • Handle warm leads from the website and other sources promptly by qualifying and answering them.

Requirements:
  • A track record of success in sales or lead generation, especially in high-volume calling.
  • Knowledge of online marketing services like social media advertising, SEO, and PPC.
  • Proficiency with a range of technologies and tools for lead generating.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the capacity to interact with prospects in a productive manner.
  • Strong organisational abilities and competence with office and CRM applications.
  • A proactive mindset that is capable of taking initiative and acting quickly.
  • Dedicated to working in a fast-paced, dynamic team atmosphere.

Salary: £27,000 – £33,000 DOE, with commission and OTE of £35,000 – £40,000.
Location: Surbiton (London)
