SAP Developer - ABAP

Job Role: SAP ABAP Developer 

Salary: Dependent on Experience (Bonus’ is offered also) 

Location: Hamburg – Remote working offered  

We are currently recruiting for an SAP ABAP Developer to join an established development house that provides engineering and technology consulting services to various industries. They specialize in areas such as software development, electronics, and systems engineering. Essentially, they help businesses develop and implement technology solutions to improve their operations and meet their goals. 

You will be working with their Public Sector clients to develop technical concepts and specify interfaces, programs, classes, and services. You will be responsible for commissioning tested software and troubleshooting, as well as providing technical support for test scenarios. You may also be involved in developing new interfaces, extending SAP standards, and advising customers on sector-related questions. 

Skills you must hold: 

• Enjoy customer interaction and requirements management with a focus on technical conception, design, and implementation of ABAP/4 programs and classes. 
• Solution-oriented and pragmatic work style, with the ability to independently plan and implement tasks and work processes. 
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP/4, including OO, Dynpros, ALE/IDOC, and JSON. 

• Prior experience with classic tools such as Atlassian, JIRA, Confluence, etc. 
• Excellent command of spoken and written German, and good proficiency in English.
