Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert 2nd line technical support on the Microsoft technology stack.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues from the first line support team.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure efficient operation of the organization’s IT systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions implemented.
- Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and procedures.
- Proven experience as a 2nd Line Support Analyst, preferably in a Microsoft technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange Server, and other Microsoft server technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with users and team members.
- A valid driving license and passport are necessary for occasional travel and client interactions.
