We're currently searching for a forward-thinking Senior Digital Account Manager to join our client, an innovative marketing agency based in the heart of Birmingham, looking for the next big step in their career and a passion for marketing and anything digital!
This role would suit a confident digital marketer with experience managing and building multiple client accounts and relationships and looking to make their next step into an agency.

This role would suit a confident digital marketer with experience managing and building multiple client accounts and relationships and looking to make their next step into an agency.
Daily Tasks -
- Manage client accounts and ensure you're meeting their requirements through digital campaigns
- Experience in managing Digital campaigns, including e-commerce, Paid Media, PPC and SEO
- Day-to-day communication between clients, acting as a strategic lead
- Leading a strong digital team
- Implement and oversee campaigns from start to finish, including strategy, optimising, managing, and reporting
- Prospecting new business and keeping up to date with the latest trends
- Keeping up to date with client reviews and conducting regular meetings to ensure client requirements are being met
- Previous agency experience
- A proven track record of working with paid ad campaigns, SEO, E-commerce and digital marketing campaigns
- 2 - 3 years in client services or digital marketing position
- Experience managing client campaigns and turning them into successful strategies that meet client briefs and expectations
- Experience managing client relationships on a daily basis
- Can lead and manage a team
