I am now recruiting for a Senior Digital Growth Manager to join a vibrant, fun-loving, employee-first agency based in London.

After a period of growth (can you sense a theme?), they are looking for a Senior Digital Growth Manager to join their new business team. The right candidate will work to support new business pitches, drive client retention, and generally support the growth of the agency, as it moves from strength to strength. They will be responsible for an FY23 sales target of £1.2 million worth of new business, delivering via identifying and winning high complex opportunities.

Location: London
Salary: Up to £49,000 per annum

  • At least three years worth of experience within a Digital Growth/ Business Development role, with a strong understanding of Marketing (particularly performance marketing)
  • Happy to coach and line manage a team of two other members, working to carry out 121’s and quarterly reviews, as well as providing coaching and the opportunity for development, so that your team work to the best of their ability
  • Excellent people and communication skills, using your inherent management skills to work across multiple projects and win different clients simultaneously
  • Accurate forecasting skills are a must, with the ability to ensure the company is maintaining an accurate forecast - detailed on the company’s CRM system- at all times
  • Happy to take responsibility for your own performance, as well as the wider performance of the team, with the confidence to present this information to management when asked
  • Confident in supporting the Head of Growth in identifying and implementing new process improvements within the growth team, oto ensure the generation of high value clients - maintaining the agencies pitch conversion rate of over 50%
  • Happy to act as the go-to resource for pitching knowledge, working with the agency to deliver training to the wider team
  • The ability to own the pitch processes for the agency’s largest opportunities. These will be household names who own million pound budgets.
  • A strong understanding of Data sets and relevant software, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and SEMrush
  • Strong and demonstrable commercial astuteness is a MUST
  • The right candidate should have a good understanding of the basics of contract law, and be happy to native commercial and contractual discussions
  • Happy to take ownership of the client onboarding process.
