Job description

I am currently recruiting for a Digital Strategy Manager to join a vibrant, employee-first agency based in central Nottingham. 

As the Digital Strategy Manager, you will work with the Digital Strategy Consultant, to support the wider team across client accounts and internal projects. You will be someone happy to take the lead with said clients, working to manage and consult on digital strategy, bringing together paid media, SEO, Digital PR, and CRO. You will also be comfortable supporting other members of the team with the agency's largest accounts.

The right candidate will have at least two years of managing digital strategy and client management. You will have a wider understanding of digital marketing in general, and be extremely strategically minded.

Salary Expectation: Up to £47,000 per annum
Location: Nottingham (hybrid)

- At least two years in a relevant role
- Superb Client management skills, with the confidence to communicate with small, medium, and large accounts
- Happy to own the delivery and growth strategy of a portfolio of account
- The confidence to line manage members of the digital strategy team, helping to guide their learning and development
- Capable of owning the media and consumer insights collation which would form the foundation of integrated strategies
- A clear understanding of the hurdles larger SME and PLC clients come up against when it comes to setting and executing a digital marketing strategy.
- Previous hands-on experience in at least one of SEO, PPC, Paid Social or Programmatic marketing.
- Good understanding of online web analytics, specifically Google Analytics Experience in objective setting, setting performance indicators and reporting for multi-channel accounts
- Experience in developing systems and processes to monitor performance across a growing portfolio of account
- Experience reporting on financial departmental performance actuals vs plan
