The role will mostly focus on engineering solutions that meet the client’s needs and requirements while also researching and evaluating any new features, ensuring they’re delivered to a high standard. You will be instrumental in delivering new high-quality amenities.

- Be analytical & inquisitive with a good eye for detail
- Lead a team at a senior level
- Communicate clearly, professionally & in a non-technical manner when required
- Be creative, effective & have proven problem-solving abilities
- Drive consistent standards within your team & the development team overall
- Produce high-quality detailed documentation
- Identifying & communicating improvements that could be actioned within the Development team
- Involvement decision-making at a senior level
- Mentoring team members
- Producing accurate timeframes for workloads
- Producing progression tasks for team members
- Reviewing and testing team member's workloads when possible to aid in progression & high-quality deliverables
- Sharing best practice methodology
- Time management at team leader level
- Writing clean, healthy & future-proof coding solutions
- Comfortable working with any REST and GraphQL third-party API & digesting the documentation
- You will need to be an expert in JavaScript, React, CSS, and HTML.
- A high level of thirst for Optimization of front-end implementations on a consistent basis
- Knowledge of Linux + OS X Terminal
- Familiar with Typescript and Handlebars
- Understanding of frameworks such as Webpacks
- Aware of platforms such as AWS, BigCommerce, Bitbucket, JIRA, and WordPress
