Job Role: Senior HMI Designer
Salary: Up to €70k
Location: Elchingen – hybrid working offered
We are currently recruiting for a Senior HMI Designer to join one of Europe's leading design and product development firms, known for their success in crafting high-tech products from concept to series production. You will be responsible for developing intuitive operating concepts for complex products whilst defining user groups and usage scenarios. You will provide expert guidance to clients and create mockups, click dummies, and conduct usability tests. In the role, you will design screen layouts, icons, animations, and product graphics and develop on their design system. Mentoring junior team members is also a task you should be happy doing.

Skills you should hold (with a minimum of 5 years experience):
- Degree in industrial design, media design, interaction design, or related field.
- At least 5 years of HMI design experience.
- Usability engineering certification.
- Strong design skills and technical understanding.
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and Office tools.
- Minimum B2 level in German and English language.
