Job Role
We are seeking a hands-on IT Engineer to join our IT team and be responsible for our internal IT and collaboration systems.
What will your job look like?
This role reports to the Head of IT and is based in the Birmingham office. We are a UK-based company, with largely cloud-based IT systems supporting four offices. We are heavy users of Google Suite and all of its constituent products, as well as Zoom for videoconferencing and phone, Cisco switching, Palo Alto border, and end-point security, cloud-native directory, device management, and other services.

Requirements What do you need?
- Proven hands-on work experience in a senior IT position, including experience in networks, switching, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- In-depth experience of working within the Apple ecosystem, including macOS and iOS user-base, including Jamf or other Mac device management systems.
- Knowledge of managing Google Workspace (GSuite).
- Experience in cloud-based IT service management and in particular AWS infrastructure components.
- Excellent knowledge of Cisco networking.
- Experience in firewall management.
- Experience working with IT ticketing systems against SLAs.
