Job description

I am now recruiting for a Senior Paid Media Strategist to join a vibrant, fun-loving, employee-first agency based in Nottingham.

After a period of growth, they are looking for a Senior Paid Search Strategist to join their award-winning team. The right candidate will work to drive change,  generating first-class results for the agency's portfolio of ambitious, high calibre clients.

Location: Nottingham (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £49,000 per annum

  • A minimum of two years of experience delivering and implementing high-performance paid media campaigns, with either a focus on Search or on Ecommerce.
  • An advanced understanding of Google Ads and Bing Ads, with evidenced use of this within search, shopping or display
  • Used relevant tech previously, including SA360, Marin or Kenshoo, to manage your PPC campaigns
  • Previously managed/mentored junior members of your team, willing to share your advice and knowledge for the benefit of the entire team
  • Comfortable directing paid media strategy for all paid media clients, including across search, display and e-commerce. 
  • Happy to get involved with business pitching, showcasing your knowledge to prospective clients
  • Confident in your ability to report on your paid media campaigns, looking at what was successful and what may need altering in the future
