Job Role: Senior Product Designer
Salary: €55-75k (dependent on experience)
Location: Düsseldorf - hybrid working offered
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Product Designer to join a Global Digital Agency within their Düsseldorf office space. This established and growing agency provides marketing services to its clients focusing on scaling products/projects, managing e-commerce, campaigning, and other services. The business is looking for an individual to develop digital products, growth strategies, platforms, and services for a variety of different clients in different agencies. You will conceptualise and design products and platforms, analyse problems that may occur, and prototype and create journey maps, user stories, wireframes, and flowcharts. As a Senior Product Designer, you will also be collaborating with other product owners, strategists, designers, and developers within your team.

Skills you should hold (with a minimum of 5 years experience):
- Fluent or Native German (minimum C1 level)
- Professional knowledge of Figma and Adobe Suit
- Agile methodology experience
- Creative and analytical skills whilst showing empathy for user needs
- Strong communication skills with team members and clients
- A good understanding of technological possibilities and limitations
- A people-centered way of working with flat hierarchies whilst independent working is encouraged
