Job Role: Senior Product Designer
Salary: Up to €80k
Location: Berlin – Offers Hybrid Working
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Product Designer to join a Tech for Good company based in Berlin. The business helps manufacturers reduce their carbon emissions in the hope of reaching carbon neutrality within the food industry. You'll be responsible for the entire product design journey, from conducting user research and testing to crafting intuitive interfaces, scalable user experiences, and wireframes. By collaborating closely with engineers, you'll translate user insights into reality through low-code product delivery. You'll have the opportunity to lead the design of new products, head up design expansion into new markets, and contribute to the overall product strategy.

Skills you should hold (minimum of 3 years of experience):
- Experience working within a fast-paced start-up company – ideally within tech or SaaS
- User research skills with a passion for understanding user needs.
- Knowledge of Figma and low-code tools (like Retool)
- Someone who has experience with design systems and a passion for building them.
- Fluent in English (German is a bonus).
- Generous compensation package (up to €80k DOE) with founding shares (2-5%) - could go up to €120k
