Responsibilities
- Ability to create and measure KPIs and strategic targets and communicate these to clients
- Developing fresh and inventive SEO strategies that result in long-term organic growth for clients
- Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with the team and keeping it positive.
- Using a variety of data sources to gather insight into client performance.
- Proposing solutions and insight that help to deliver growth for clients.
- Delivering digital marketing training sessions both internally and externally.
- Ability to create or summarise SEO-driven and captivating landing page and blog material based on keyword research.
- Ability to do extensive keyword research to develop successful SEM campaigns and content strategies.
- Plan both small and large-scale website migration projects to retain full SEO value.
- Work with the web and content teams to deliver and manage SEO friendly website projects.
- Closely collaborate with the PR team to build and drive link-building strategies and campaigns, securing high-quality backlinks.
Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum of 2 years working in an SEO and digital marketing role
- An exceptional ability to use Google Analytics and other reporting software.
- Knowledge of GA4.
- The capacity to explain complex technologies and tactics to the level of the audiences (from novice to expert).
- Working knowledge of PPC.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing.
- Experience using Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog, Data Studio, and a range of CMS.
