We are recruiting for an SEO Manager to work at an exceptional agency that don’t take pride in burning their staff out, it’s a team effort and the goal is to produce great work but not at the expense of the team and employees.
You will be working as part of an ever-expanding team, with offices popping up all over the UK, helping to drive the client's organic performance, shape SEO strategies, and deliver in-depth strategic initiatives to achieve each client's individual goal.
The right candidate will have an excellent knowledge of all aspects of SEO, but they will be specifically adept in technical and on-site SEO implementation. You don’t specifically need agency experience but you do need to showcase outstanding SEO practice and the ability to be consultative throughout the process.
You will be someone that is always looking to improve your knowledge of SEO as the market changes, happy to develop your skillset through training that is provided by the company. Working as part of a busy team across multiple accounts will excite you, as will all things technology and Digital Marketing.
Ultimately this agency is looking for someone with excellent SEO knowledge that is Inquisitive, bright, engaging, and willing to be part of a wider team.

- At least three years of demonstrable experience in an SEO role
- The ability to create in-depth, workable strategic initiatives to fulfill each client's goals
- Capable of conducting regular SEO audits covering all areas of SEO through link analysis
- Happy to work as part of a team, communicating regularly with development teams to implement technical SEO activity
- A strong comprehension of industry-specific software, using both in-house tools and competitor tools to carry out keyword and market research analysis
- Skilled at auditing and defining content strategies, working with in house and client-side teams to build SEO friendly content
- Experience in managing client briefs and expectations
