Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst
Location: Lichfield (Hybrid)
Salary: £22,500 - £25,000
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are working with a leading care home provider who is currently looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to users across the company's multiple sites.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second line technical support to users across the company's multiple sites
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via phone, email and remote access
  • Prioritize and manage incidents and service requests within established SLAs
  • Escalate issues to third line support as needed
  • Document and maintain incident logs and knowledge articles
  • Assist with hardware and software installations, upgrades and maintenance
  • Provide training to users on company systems and software
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar IT support role, ideally in a multi-site environment
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products
  • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple incidents and service requests
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices is desirable
