Job Reference: Service Desk Lead

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing enterprise level business. You will be joining the business as the "right hand" man or woman to the Service Desk Manager, helping to lead and support a team of 12 1st and 2nd Line Service Desk Analysts. This is a pivotal role in ensuring that the service desk achieves maximum resolution for tickets coming through, and you will provide technical support for your colleagues.


It is essential that you have very strong experience in the following:

- Senior/Lead experience within a current service desk environment. You do not need "man-management" experience, but should be in a senior position within the service desk itself from a technical stand point. 

- Active Directory

- Group Policy, DNS, DHCP

- Office 365

- Windows 7-10

- Powershell Scripting


You will need to be someone who is pro-active and shows a true passion for IT, and for really looking at ways to progress new ideas. A positive attitude and ability to learn new things is also a must!


This role will be salaried up to £32,000, plus on call (1 in 4 week rota, NO NIGHT SHIFTS) and a fantastic list of accompanying benefits.
