Job Reference: Service Desk Manager

We've been asked to work with an enterprise level business in finding a technically minded Service Desk Manager, who has worked within an ITIL environment in managing a team of 1st and 2nd Line desktop support analysts. 

You will need to have current service desk management experience, showing that you are able to not only manage and reduce service desk ticket escalations, but can also manage, teach and develop your direct line reports. 

In terms of the tech you are your team will be suing on a day to day basis, you need to show a very strong understanding across the following:

  • Active Directory, DNS/DHCP and Group Policies
  • Office 365
  • Windows 7-10
  • Windows Server 2016
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Some exposure or an understanding of Cisco networking
