- First-class understanding of all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
- Faultless time-keeping skills when scheduling regular engaging content through platforms
- An understanding of paid social, including creating and managing paid ad campaigns and content
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- The ability to pitch ideas, offer consultancy and deliver industry-leading work, producing faultless campaigns/strategies
- The confidence in your ability to keep up to date with emerging platforms and updates, to continually keep up with current trends
- Evidence of experience in managing your accounts, working consistently to achieve or exceed your KPIs in a paid social role
- Management of monthly budgets
- An understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
