I am recruiting for a Social Specialist to join a busy agency based near Stratford-upon-Avon. The Social Media lead will be the owner of all paid social activity across clients, whilst also working to develop social strategies, campaign building, and campaign optimisation.

Working alongside the wider team, and reporting in to the Paid Media Manager, you will have full responsibility for  social media advertising across all of the major platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Tiktok, and Pinterest.

Location: Remote
Salary: £45,000
  • At least two years of experience in Paid Social and Digital Campaigns
  • Confident in your organic social media abilities
  • The ability to develop paid social strategies aligned with wider integrated campaigns
  • Happy to monitor and report on paid social media performance using industry-specific software
  • Confident in updating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as part of the integrated channel reporting
  • Experience in ensuring consistent copy and content across social channels to ensure a consistent message across the entire customer journey
  • Understanding of scripts/tags and Google Tag Manager would be beneficial but not critical
  • Capable of performing A/B tests to ensure continual optimisation of campaigns
  • Manage organic social media including the content calendar
  • Previous experience using Twitter Ads, TikTok for Business, and Pinterest Ads
