Social Media Manager 
Suffolk - Hybrid 
£40,000 - £45,000 

I am recruiting a social media whizz to join an award-winning Agency based in Suffolk as the new Social Media Manager.

The right candidate will have an uncompromisable love for social media, an undeniable knack for communication and the ability to work across accounts seamlessly and professionally. In addition, they will have the drive to create engaging and compelling social media strategies and campaigns and have the initiative to manage client accounts and work towards channel KPIs and align with clients' marketing strategies. 

Experience Needed - 
  • A first-class understanding of all social media forums
  • A demonstratable understanding of leading social campaigns and driving brand awareness through multiple social media accounts
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role
  • The ability to pitch ideas, offer consultancy and deliver industry-leading work, producing faultless campaigns/strategies
  • Happy to work across teams to ensure a seamless process from conception to completion
  • The confidence in your ability to keep up to date with emerging platforms and updates to continually stay ahead of the curve
  • Evidence of experience in managing multiple accounts and how you're strategies have positively impacted the business's online social platforms and KPIs
  • A portfolio that documents all your previous social media successes would be looked upon favourably
Daily Tasks - 
  • To create monthly reports to demonstrate monthly trends to the executive and sales teams
  • Develop successful social strategies and ensure brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Create gripping social media and digital content such as writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content in alignment with client briefs 
  • Monitor customer feedback and respond to any online queries
  • Manage a junior team who will support all strategies and campaigns
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and monitor competitors to ensure the company are keeping up to date with the latest trends
