My client is a fast-paced, growing ecommerce brand with a unique and established product set looking for a proactive, creative and performance-focused Social Media Manager to play a key role within our growing marketing team and lead our social media growth targets.

Responsibilities
- Writing and executing the social/community strategy
- Updating all social media
- Community engagement
- Writing a blog (1 post every week) and copy for newsletters, ad campaigns, and social media postings
- Lead the outreach programme for brand partnerships (with the help of the head of brand and founder)
- daily contact for a PR firm
- Reporting on social media and competitive analysis every month
- IG, FB, Tik Tok, and LinkedIn
- Manage content creation briefs using the in-house creative studio's graphic designers, videographers, photographers, and illustrators.
Your Goals for the company
- Collaborate with five established mid-size influencers who have 100K+ followers to grow IG followers beyond 150K.
- Engagement rates are improving with each new campaign, continuing an upward trajectory.
- 10% more social media shares
- More likes on both paid and unpaid social media posts
- Double the CTR
- Proof of effective brand partnerships supporting social KPIs
Skills and Qualifications
- 3 or more years in Social Media
- A thorough understanding of Meta and other platforms.
- The capacity to assess data, get insight, and take action.
- Solid knowledge of KPIs to monitor and organic social media.
- Knowledge of how to apply social media methods.
- A positive, upbeat attitude, and a constant drive for excellence in all aspects of your work.
- Worked in a small, founder-led team before, but can also function independently and in a group setting.
- Excellent verbal and writing communication abilities, with a focus on managing key stakeholders and coordinating efforts with other organisations.
- The capacity to flourish in a start-up atmosphere of high speed.
- Innovative, pro-active, and self-starting.
- Highly organised, rational, and effective, and able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines.
