Job description

We are now recruiting for a Social Media Manager to join an amazing online business based in Birmingham.

This company is currently on a huge growth trajectory and is looking for a Social Media Manager to join its ranks and lead from the front. So, what does that look like? The right candidate will be a social media natural, with clear proven experience in a social media/content role. As this job focuses on socials completely, ideally, you will be well versed in all of the key platforms including Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest. 

Location: Birmingham (hybrid)
Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum

  • At least three years in a Social focused role
  • The ability to conceptualise and develop strong social media strategies, working to increase the visibility of the company and what they represent
  • Clear demonstrable evidence of your ability to create captivating content, including blogs and social media content
  • Happy to collate in-depth reports on your social campaigns, relying on insights and analytics
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse and develop the social media strategy continuously
  • Extensive experience working with the main social media platforms, including all Meta platforms, TikTok, Pinterest and Twitter
  • Strong leadership skills are required
  • A sound understanding of SEO and keyword research is required
  • A strong communicator with the ability to interact with all levels of management and customers
  • A love of social media and its ever-changing landscape. You will be up to date with trends, sounds, and algorithms.
