I'm currently recruiting for a Social Media Strategist for my client, a super creative, well-established, Birmingham-based company within the cosmetics and beauty industry; looking for a social media expert to join their vibrant team!
After a period of growth, they are looking for a passionate social media professional to hit the ground running, take the lead on their content and social media platforms, and be an expert at analysis and reporting. In addition, they need an incredibly creative individual willing to push boundaries to create disruptive social media campaigns and be well-versed in social media.
You will be passionate about creating and executing first-class social campaigns across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tiktok, and Linkedin.

Requirements -
- Ability to demonstrate experience executing organic and paid social campaigns
- Developing successful social media strategies, working to increase brand awareness
- First-class written content skills, with the ability to create captivating copy, including writing blogs, articles and social posts
- Increasing brand awareness and customer engagement through creative and disruptive social campaigns using consumer-leading content
- Analysing social media campaigns to improve and alter ongoing and future strategies
- Experience reporting on campaign success to offer frequent reports to ensure you're always on the ball and ahead of the curve on the latest trends
- Attention to detail and the focus to guide a campaign from start to finish
- First-rate communication skills, which you will use to liaise with multiple stakeholders, creatives, and other departments
