Software Development Manager
Digital Waffle is currently partnered with a company that specialises in the telecommunication sector, This is a dynamic group that is made up of several brands paving the way within Business Messaging, as a whole they are responsible for sending over 3 billion messages per year with their products.
We are looking for an Software Development Manager who has the ability to build and establish a culture based on continuous improvement, from mentoring to driving best practices forward and inspiring others in your team, colleagues, and stakeholders within the business.
Role: Software Development Manager
Salary: Up to £80,000 (Negotiable)
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid Model)

What your day-to-day will look like:
- You will be responsible for technical leadership and expertise to build scalable software solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and management from mentoring, one-on-ones, coding reviews, and inspiring the team to high performance.
- Collaborating with many parts of the business such as Head of Engineering and Product Owners for technical roadmaps, project plans etc.
- Proven experience with people leadership and the ability to lead teams specialising within .NET and MS Azure
- Experience building and designing various cloud-based solutions
- Fantastic communication skills and Stakeholder Management
