I am currently partnering with an International giant in the automation machinery production industry, providing equipment to raw material production companies for over 14 years. Their principles of providing adverse and safe environments and also reducing emissions have led them to be very well-established across the field.

This client of mine is looking to bring in an established Software Development Manager to their senior leadership team.

The daily ongoings of the position would include:

• Overseeing the software development team with Agile Software methods and appropriate tools.
• Managing and controlling major projects and ensuring efficient delivery.
• Continue modularisation, reduce complex work, and empower staff.

The requirements from my client for the role include:

• Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, or other relevant fields.
• A large amount of experience in the management of complex software development schemes.
• Working knowledge of agile methods and product development.
• Excellent experience with C++ in relation to hardware-related industrial software.
• Strong German and English Skills.
