Digital Waffle is currently partnered with a company that specialises in blending Psychology, Proven Data, and the use of Technology to interpret various human characteristics and personalities for their talent assessment platform.

Their goal is to take all this information and translate it into a convenient and effective solution that is attainable for everyone to assist with the goals of retaining, recruiting, and professional development of their teams and organisations.

We are looking for a Software Engineer who can deliver extraordinary customer experiences with the development of the highest caliber of scalable, server-side solutions alongside much more.

Role: Software Engineer
Salary: Up to £70,000 (Negotiable)
Location: London (Hybrid Model)

What your day-to-day will look like:

• You will be responsible for playing an important role in the improvement of the customer experience of their product.
• Contribute your expertise to the overall selection of software development tools, methods, and techniques.
• The ability to define and contribute to scoping requirements and prioritising specific activities.
• Designing and Developing software applications, modules, and components.

What Skillset you will hold:

• Extensive experience developing within Modern Frontend Frameworks/Libraries such as React
• Hands-on experience within JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• CI/CD Tools such as Jenkins
• The ability to build RESTful APIs and responsive mobile-first experiences.
• A good understanding of utilising test automation tools (Cypress, Jest, Selenium, Specflow)
