Software Implementation Consultant

Digital Waffle is now working with a Worldwide leading Payment Solutions company looking for Software Implementation Specialists to work with their team in Clearwater. This client is a fast-moving and dynamic company and is looking for someone to begin a contract role, with the possibility of being hired permanently.

Location - On Customer Site

What your day will look like -

Being the first point of contact for users of the client's product
Answering customer's questions about using the product and problems they may have
Forming relationships with customers
Being an expert in the software and product itself, being confident enough with the product to problem-solve

Candidate Requirements -

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Computer Science, IT, etc.)
Client/customer-facing experience
Confidence working with tracking systems such as JIRA
Experience in a payments or EPOS company
