Software Implementation Consultant

Digital Waffle is now working with a leading global payment Solutions company looking for Implementation Specialists to work with their team in Atlanta. This client is a fast-paced and ever-expanding company and is looking for someone to begin a contract role, with the possibility of being hired permanently.

Location - On Customer Site

What your day will look like -

You will be the first point of contact for customers
Answering customers questions about how to use the client's product
Forming and keeping relationships with customers
Being an expert in the client's technology, knowing it thoroughly to be able to find solutions

Candidate Requirements -

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Computer Science, IT, etc.)
Experience working in a client/customer-facing role
Experience and confidence working with tracking systems such as JIRA
Past experience in a payments or EPOS company
