Job Role: Staff Software Engineer
Salary: Up to 2.4mill HUF monthly
Location: Budapest – Hybrid or Remote Working within Hungary
We are currently recruiting a Software Engineer for a company that offers SaaS within the Entertainment Technology Sector and develops hardware solutions for broadcasters, studios and production companies. You will be working on PIX applications and collaborating with other Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers. Within the position, you will be a main Web Developer within the team with opportunities to communicate with overseas stakeholders and mentor others around you. If you have high attention to detail but can create high-quality work outcomes whilst doing so, this could be the role for you.
Skills you should hold (with minimum of 3 years experience):

- Knowledge of working with JavaScript, Typescript, and React
- Work well both independently and within a team
- Willing to work alongside a US-based team meaning working hours are 11 am – 8 pm CET (this would be great for those with morning engagements)
- Skills in UI/UX Design
- Some use with HTML5 Media APIs
- Experience leading a small team or some juniors
