A modern PR and digital agency based in Birmingham are currently on the hunt for a confident Studio Manager looking to work with and lead a creative and forward-thinking team!

If you have the skills to - 

• Lead and manage a creative team to ensure campaigns and targets are successfully met 
• Create team schedules and ensure the team are working to their full potential 
• Mentor, coach, and train new team members 
• Liaise with the relevant creative team to ensure online and offline campaigns are arranged and run smoothly
• Maintaining and optimising budgets and costs 
• Confidently chase briefs, account handlers and quoting for work
• Analyse performance and draw up action plans
• Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement

Requirements - 

• 3+ years of agency experience 
• Fantastic leadership and people skills
• Confident networking and successfully bringing on new business
• A creative background/ experience working within a creative environment
