Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the SaaS infrastructure, optimising performance, availability, and security.
- Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing team, providing mentorship and guidance to support staff.
- Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers, meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Financial Management: Manage the SaaS environment budget, identifying cost reductions and maximising return on investment.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SaaS operations.
- Compliance and Risk: Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in managing IT operations within a SaaS environment.
- Strong technical background, including knowledge of SQL Server, Apache Tomcat, and networking.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with ITIL frameworks.
- Project management qualifications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
