Technical Support Engineer

I am currently partnering with a pioneering productivity software SaaS company, which focuses on offering unique layout options and automation features. Used by over 25,000+ organizations worldwide (including American Express and Coca-Cola), I am searching for a Support Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Providing timely and credible feedback to customers within hours, and offering solutions or suggestions.
• Providing Phone calls or remote support sessions.
• Using specific tools to identify the issue (virus, third party tool, file) causing faults.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience working with ticket systems and providing consultative approaches to clients.
• Familiarity with Windows Architecture.
• Organizational and Communicational skills.
• Fluency in English, and conversational skills in German.
• Experience writing Knowledge Base Articles for FAQS and community pages.
