Job Role: Client Project Manager
Salary: Up to €51k (Dependent on Experience)
Location: Munich - on-site working
Language: C2 level German and English language
We are looking to hire a Client Project Manager to join one of Germany's leading VR Development Studios. As the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables efficiently and monitor project progress to ensure timelines are maintained. The right candidate will be proactive in identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact project success, as well as managing client expectations and communicating any changes in scope, timeline, or budget. Documenting project requirements, processes, and outcomes will be a key aspect of the role.
Skills you should hold (with over 4 years of experience):
- C2 Level German and English language skills
- Proven experience in managing client-facing projects, with strong coordination of cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven experience in managing client expectations and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively throughout the project lifecycle
