Graphic Designer

I am currently working with a dynamic and growing organisation, to help them find a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join their in-house creative studio. Responsible for crafting visually stunning campaigns that resonate with customers, driving awareness, consideration, and trust.

Job title: Graphic Designer
Location: Bromsgrove (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £25K

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing and sales to define project requirements.
• Design and produce diverse marketing materials across multiple channels.
• Utilise digital tools for image enhancement, animation, and multimedia design.
• Develop, iterate, and finalise designs for publication and production.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with external vendors for print production.

Experience:

• Demonstrable expertise in diverse design projects, with a strong emphasis on typography and complex layouts.
• Expert proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
• Skilled in DSLR photography and video post-production.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
• In-depth understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital and print production processes.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
