Role: Business Development Manager - eCommerce Solutions
Location: Berlin (3 days onsite/travel to client sites, 2 days remote)
Salary: Up to €120,000
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to eCommerce and cross-border logistics

Identify, generate, and nurture new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts

Define clear KPIs, goals, and roadmaps to drive commercial success

Conduct in-depth client need analysis and value proposition development

Lead and support internal sales teams to achieve performance targets
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in eCommerce or cross-border shipping solution sales (B2C or C2C)

Strong background in CRM, persona analysis, and digital marketing strategy

Track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition

Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders in dynamic, fast-moving environments

Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to reporting and performance metrics

Excellent organisational and team management skills

Fluent in German and English
